Terms and conditions

The rules for buying from Trackzone Baku. Updated: 11 Oct 2026

1. Seller

You can order on the site (cart) or via WhatsApp. A request on the site is not a payment: we message you on WhatsApp to confirm availability, price and timing.
Prices are in Azerbaijani manat (AZN).
If a request sees no progress within 3 business days (we have not confirmed it or have not received a reply from you), it is cancelled automatically. This does not prevent you from placing a new request.

Items in stock are delivered within the day.
Items ordered to order usually arrive within 7–14 business days.
WHOOP bands are sold on request: after your request we check with the supplier whether the band is available and tell you the timing.

Delivery is free inside the central Baku zone shown on the map.
Outside the zone delivery starts from 3 AZN. Ask on WhatsApp for the exact price and time.

You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it.
If the item was not opened or used and the factory packaging is intact, it can be returned within 14 days. We refund the money within 7 business days.
If the item was opened and works perfectly, it cannot be returned, because the factory packaging has been broken.
If a factory defect is found within 14 days, we replace the item with a new one. If no new item is available, we refund the money within 1–3 business days.
These terms do not limit the rights of the buyer under the legislation of Azerbaijan.

Once the item has been ordered from the supplier, the order cannot be cancelled and the item cannot be returned.
If the item does not arrive within one month, the order can be cancelled and we refund the full amount paid.
Factory defects and warranty apply the same way as for other items.
Oura Sizing Kit: the deposit is 30 AZN. If you order a ring, it is deducted from the price; if not, the deposit is not refunded.

WHOOP products come with a 1-year warranty.
Fitbit, Amazfit and Oura products come with a 1-year international manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims are made to the manufacturer under its rules.
